uCubed is an education startup based in Melbourne, Australia, seeking to help individuals and businesses to learn and explore the technological opportunities within Blockchain, Digital Assets, Web3, and their exponential use-cases. uCubed began as a novel idea in late 2022, incorporating in late 2024, and has since been structured and positioned to scale its business and pursue its educational mission with a high potential for impact.

This gap means that many businesses and individuals in Australia (and globally) are susceptible to risks, threats, and losses that may long ago have been able to be blamed on the maturity of the technology, however now, is due to lack of reliable education sources. What seemed liked a fringe technology has quickly become a technology that is worth learning, and presents an exponential range of business use-cases across a wide range of industries, if understood and utilised correctly. With its experienced leadership and passion for Blockchain, Digital Assets, and Web3, uCubed aims to provide a standard of education the exceeds business and consumer client expectations, and enable them to survive and thrive in the digital and Web3 economy.

uCubed is striving to contribute to a future where people are no longer forced to self-teach critical blockchain and digital asset concepts, and are no longer susceptible to unreliable or misleading sources. uCubed aims to make this impact by continuing to distribute its digital and web3 economy education with a bar-setting standard of clarity and efficiency. uCubed believes that this will reduce human error, preventable losses, security failures, and the all-too-common feeling of hindsight and regret. uCubed also aims to help businesses explore and assess blockchain initiatives, to assist teams in making more informed decisions surrounding these new and advanced technologies. uCubed aims to make a significant impact on the the road toward individuals and organisations safely, securely, and intelligently establishing themselves in the digital economy, and envisions itself becoming a high and trusted standard for Blockchain, Digital Asset, and Web3 education.

The Founding Director

Dedicated to developing uCubed and exceeding client expectations since 2024.

Having been actively engaged with the emerging digital economy for over a decade, James harbours a deep practical understanding of Blockchain, Digital Assets, and Web3. Throughout his journey, James has worked alongside communities and developers around the globe during the formative years of the blockchain ecosystem, exploring its capabilities, opportunities, limitations, and use-cases in a wide range of contexts. Whilst building a professional career later in life, a key insight had developed: While blockchain-based technologies had matured significantly, reliable blockchain & digital asset education for individuals nor businesses had kept pace, leading to lost opportunities, and in many worse cases, large and preventable losses from misinformation and misusage. So, in mid-2024, James co-founded uCubed to address in attempt to tackle this issue, establishing uCubed to ultimately help individuals engage with blockchain and digital assets more safely and responsibly, and to support businesses in understanding, assessing, and planning for blockchain-based initiatives with realism and strategic intent. As of January 2026, James has dedicated 18-months to uCubed and remains deeply committed to his goal of improving the standard of education, reducing preventable negative outcomes, misinformation, and the wide array of other issues that the education gap present. Through uCubed and the uCubed program, he aims to contribute to a more informed, capable, and resilient force of businesses and people who can both survive and thrive in the digital economy.
